One
of our strengths as a tour operator in Costa Rica and itinerary consultant for
individuals is the great experience and knowledge of the country that the staff
and in particular Enrique Balsevicius, the General Manager of ABC Tours, has.
Enrique studied for 3 years in the Steigenberger Hotel management school in
Germany ( Steigenberger Hotelberufsfachschule ) from which he graduated in 1983.
Returning to Costa Rica he started to work as a professional tour guide for
many of the better tour operators. Working with tourists of many different nationalities
for over 14 years has produced a wealth of knowledge within the tourist industry
of Costa Rica. Guiding throughout the country with emphasis in naturalism has
led to respect from those customers whose needs, wishes, and points of view
were all dealt with in a humorous but professional manner.After having worked
as a free-lance for many tour operators and wholesalers, and knowing the routes
and modus operandi of those companies, Enrique decided to become an independent
tour operator. The purpose being to provide the very best professional service
and the very best personal service. In this way he could offer a flexible and
honest company attitude producing a product at a fair price with very careful
attention to the clients wishes and needs. His goal is to fulfill the expectations
of tourists and to give them a warm caring treatment that is sadly missing in
large travel and tourist companies. Because of these circumstances he founded
together with his wife Julia the tour operating company ABC Tours, that
offers a personalised tailor made service. We invite you and your guests to

is the General Director of Saint Germain Tours. She supervises all
tour operations. Julia is an expert in tour planning. She is very
happy to assist you in any matter relating to your travel experience.

Enrique
is our general manager and tourism specialist. Enrique has worked
for more than 14 years as a naturalist tour guide in all areas of
Costa Rica and has designed many popular itineraries. Like all our
staff he is very popular with the customers and very caring and
professional. He is available most of the time through the internet
or by telephone. Enrique is continuously inspecting, visiting and
supervising our providers throughout the country. This information
is needed to keep up an accurate and updated product in an ever
changing world. He speaks fluently English, German and Spanish.

Tatiana
started very early her successful career in tourism in Costa Rica.
She has worked in the past years for different companies like hotels
and tour operators gaining a valuable experience in hotel management
and incoming tourism activities. Tatiana stands out for her great
knowledge, dedication and love to her work. Nowadays she tailor
makes itineraries for our clients, and she is our key person in
charge of supporting them during their holidays in Costa Rica. She
is in direct contact with our passengers taking care of quality
control and giving them the personalized service that our company

as agent for the passenger in regard to travel, whether by surface, air or water,
by whatever means of transport whether it be mechanical or animal and assumes
no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, death, delay or irregularity
which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or other means
of transport or for any reason whatsoever or through the act of default of any
hotel, carrier, boat, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services
included on the trip, or any other circumstances beyond their direct control.
ABC Tours and A.B.C Operadora de Tours de Costa Rica, S.A and or its agents
accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to the delay
or changes in air schedules, loss of ( or damage to ) baggage or any article
belonging to the passengers, sickness, personal health, weather, strikes, fires,
explosions, earthquakes, floods, epidemics, conditions of trails, river levels,
road conditions, transportation delays, wars, accidents, chance, acts of God,
major force or other causes. Any and all such losses or expenses will have to
be borne by the passenger, as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the
time stated. Many of the activities involved are inappropiate for persons with
severe health problems or physical or mental disabilities which inhibit walking
and other activities. It is the passenger´s responsibility to judge the
appropriateness of these travel activities in regard to his / her physical and
emotional capabilities. Every passenger must check the level of difficulty of
tour activities.
