| INSURANCE
WITH POAS RENT A CAR: |

In Costa Rica the insurance market belongs to the government
under a monopoly status, through the Instituto Nacional de Seguros. This brings
a lack of variety and flexibility at the time to purchase insurance expecting
to have a great deal. Nevertheless, our company is ready for this inconvenience
and propose the following structure of coverages.
Collision Damage Waver ( Liability ):
This is the mandatory insurance in Costa Rica. It covers third vehicle damages
only.
Full Cover Insurance:
With US $ 8.00 additional daily, the vehicle will be totally covered. That means
that in case of total lost or theft, the car rental will not take the guaranty
deposit left.
Personal Accident Insurance:
$3.00 daily all the passengers will be covered with medical expenses.
Notice: Personal belongings, suitcases, cameras, etc…. are not covered
as well as gasoline, diesel or tires.
Any insurance will be considered valid when:
Not driving under the influence of alcohol or psychotropics.
Having the police ticket or report.
The driver was expressly authorized on the rental contract.
Older than 21 years old.
Not driving on beaches, roads not shown on the map as driveable or crossing
rivers.
The car has been left in a parking lot with security
