We are nestled in the heart of the central valley, five miles from the international
airport, and a short drive from San Jose, the capital city, amid a breathtaking
backdrop of lush green meadows and sorrounded by beautiful montains.
Each of the 234 rooms is eleganthly furnished, air conditioned and equipped
with cable color TV (with US programming), as well as free of charge safety
deposit boxes. There is a 24 hour room service with every member of the resort's

snacks and sandwiches to a full turf and surf menu. Nestled in the middle of
exhuberant gardens, trees and nature, the Herradura Ramada Plaza Hotel Golf Resort and Conference
Center is the ideal place for those who like to enjoy outdoor sports. Apart
from enjoying golf and tennis at the Cariari and Parque Valle del Sol clubs,
you can also enjoy our outdoor pools or maybe just walk, jog or run around the
hotel properties.
Even though the hotel is located near the highway the hotel is not noisy. It
is a very good option for avoiding San Jose´s traffic and for the ones demanding
4 star hotel services with entertainment. It is near the airport and easy to
find. It is a good starting point for those heading to the Poas and Arenal Volcanos,
and to the Pacific beaches. This hotel has the biggest Conference Center in
Costa Rica.
